Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson
Nancy Wilson, a jazz musician and three-time Grammy Award winner was born in Ohio, Chillicothe on the 20th of February, 1937. She was married to Olden Wilson, an ironworker who had been employed for a considerable period as housekeeper. Nancy was the sixth of seven kids. Nancy was heavily influenced by her father's musical tastes and records played in the house. Nancy knew that she was going to become a performer when she was 4 years old. She developed her talents by participating in the choir at church. Following her win in a talent show in a television show when she was 15, she began appearing regularly in Skyline Melodies, while still in highschool. At nightclubs, she began singing at the age of fifteen. Nancy was kicked out of Central State University in Ohio after matriculating for an entire year. The first album she recorded was in 1956 by Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band. The band was on tour with her between 1956 and 1958. Nancy started recording with Dot Records in 1956, as part of the group. Cannonball Adderley encouraged her to move to New York to further her career and she went into The Big Town at the end of the year 1959. The agent of Adderley heard about her at The Blue Morocco Night Club, Boston Road, The Bronx and she signed. within a month after arriving at New York City. He signed a contract the label Capitol Records in the year 1960. she debuted the following year with the single. Guess Who? Capitol released five Nancy Wilson albums within two years. Under the direction of Cannonball Adderley, Wilson began concentrating on R&B and then shifted her focus towards torch and jazz. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley's collaboration in the year 1962 helped bring her to the forefront and her hit Tell Me the Truth was released in 1963. The following year the release, she was being booked at New York's Coconut Grove - the top nightclub in America.

Maisie's professional career started as an actor through the short film Our First World. She appeared in a short film Americano and Rum as Ellie during the year 2013. She starred as a cameo as Korr Sella in the movie of the year 2015 Short Wars : The Force awakes. She was then cast as Chloe Winthrop, in Netflix's Original films The Kissing Booth Season 2/3.
